  • Guests are responsible for their belongings; the hotel is not liable for lost items left unattended.

  • Damages to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

  • Maximum occupancy per room must follow the room type policy.

  • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness, avoid excessive noise, and respect other guests.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating these rules.

Booking cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made through the same channel used for booking (website, OTA, or direct message).

  • Guests must provide booking details such as name, date of stay, and reservation number.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the chosen room type and rate plan.

  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • For refundable bookings, cancellation must follow the Cancellation Terms stated below.

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days before the check-in date.

  • Cancellations made 1–2 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.

  • Cancellations made on the same day or no-show will incur a 100% charge (no refund).

  • For group bookings (3 rooms or more), cancellation must be made 7 days before check-in for full refund.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.
